The St George Marathon is one of the area's greatest draws of athletes and tourism. Young or old, fast or slow, they all come running, the marathon is a site to see...on the move. The St George marathon has been rated as one of the best in the world. The course begins up in beautiful Pine Valley and continues on down passing the towns of Veyo, Dammeron and Diamond Valleys, passes the volcanoes of Snow Canyon State Park and winds down into Utah's Dixie. The race ends up in downtown St. George next to Vernon Worthen Park.
