The Parade of Homes is the premiere real estate event in St. George every year for home owners, buyers, and sellers alike. If your here in the area for the event and are looking for things to do head out to Zion National Park, hit some of the historic sites of St. George or shot a round at one of the 10 championship golf courses in the area!
All tickets are $10 each for admittance to the homes. There are no senior or children discounts. Children are welcome but must follow these guidelines: Children three years and older are required to have a ticket. Children under three years must be carried by an adult. No strollers or carriages are allowed in the homes.
Tickets may be used anytime during the 10 day period. The ticket entitles each visitor admittance to each home once during the 10 day event. The ticket has an additional benefit allowing one repeat admittance to one home of your choice. Visitors must purchase a new ticket to re-enter additional homes. Individuals visiting the homes will be asked (at the discretion of the builder) to remove their shoes upon entering. It is recommended that comfortable, easy-to-remove shoes be worn while visiting the homes.
