  The Shivits Paiute Indian Reservation is less than 5 miles outside the city limits of Ivins, Utah. In this reserviation, there are many mountains and beautiful places. Wildlife roams freely with an ideal habitat for survival. There is no trespassing on the Indian Reservation itself. This reservation goes for several miles along the highway leading to Gunlock Reservior. On the way to gunlock one may see all of the attractions from this Indian Reservation. Among other things, these sites you see to the left are old ruins from where the indians once resided. Now, they live in a secluded community a few miles west of Ivins, Utah.
