What’s up and coming in St. George Utah Real Estate
Most of the visitors to the St George area nowadays are somewhat baffled by the amount of growth that the St George real estate market has had in the past 5 years. The amount of inventory that is available right now (Jan 2008) is tremendous. We are in a buyers market. However, be aware of some things that are coming around the corner.
In several years, the St George International Airport will be coming to town! This will mean tremendous growth for the area. There will be several hubs to big cities in the country. We aware of the ammount of jobs and salary increase that will take place. St George City Mayor, Dan McArthur has spoken recently about the recruiting of other companies to the St George area that will boost the wages and bring bigger business to the area.
What does all of this mean to the St George real estate market? Well, hold on to your hats, the market won’t be quiet for very long. Buyers need to be aware of the influx of people that will end up in St George over the next 10 years. Investors, now is a great time for you to buy! If there are any that have the time and capital to buy and sit on property, you need to buy now. If you have questions on how to most effectively take advantage of all of these changes, call Bob Richards and Associates 24/7 to get the latest information and advice.

This is very interesting about what is up and coming in St. George. I think that this will have an effect on Cedar City Utah as well. It has been interesting over the past decade to see how Cedar City real estate sales have followed what St. George real estate sales have done. When we has a huge real estate boom 5 years ago in St. George, Cedar City soon followed. We look for the same things to happen when this new Airport goes in and we have another boom. Keep us posted on what things change and how the market fluctuates over the next year or so. Thanks so much. Great post!

We have heard here in Cedar City that there will be a “215″ or beltroute that will go through st george. Our quess is that this will facilitate and spur on some big growth along that 215 corridor. When you get more info on that let us know.
