I think that this will have an effect on Cedar City Utah as well. It has been interesting over the past decade to see how Cedar City real estate sales have followed what St. George real estate sales have done. When we has a huge real estate boom 5 years ago in St. George, Cedar City soon followed. We look for the same things to happen when this new Airport goes in and we have another boom.
