At the same time, a nice compelling letter or message from the buyer to the seller goes a long way: “Hey, we’re new to the area, we’re buying, this is our first home, we have two kids, and one on the way, we have a dog, the backyard is great for us, it’s close to the schools, we really love your home,” and so forth.

Personal stories are really compelling, and my clients have really opened up to those. They have realized that their home is a place that someone else can call home, and it is gonna be a long-term opportunity for them to enjoy this home as much as they have.

<img
